We are committed to providing the highest quality of service. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
Consultation Services
(Includes Vedic Astrology, Vastu Shastra, and Energy Healing Sessions)
- Cancellations (More than 24 hours notice): If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment or offer a full refund.
- Cancellations (Less than 24 hours notice): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. We may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule the appointment one time.
- Client No-Show: If you fail to appear for your scheduled consultation (online or in-person) without any prior notice, you will be charged the full consultation fee, and no refund will be issued.
Astrological Reports (Kundali, etc.)
For services that involve the creation of a personalized report (like a Kundali analysis), work begins shortly after payment is received.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 2 hours of payment to be eligible for a full refund.
- Once our astrologers have begun the analysis and preparation of the report, the order is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
