Today is Krishna Paksha Ekadashi (कृष्ण पक्ष की एकादशी), and the day is Saturday (शनिवार).

Astrologically, this happens when both your Lagna (Body) and 6th House (Immunity) are weak or afflicted. If the 6th house is strong, medicines work effectively. If both are weak, the disease becomes chronic.

"Gochar" literally means the ongoing movement or transit of planets in the sky at the present moment. Astrologers map these current planetary positions over a person's birth chart (Kundli) to predict temporary trends, events, and changes in their life.

The Mahamrityunjaya Mantra (Om Tryambakam Yajamahe...) is considered the most powerful. It is the specific cure for "Apamrityu" (untimely death) and severe planetary afflictions like Saturn Sade Sati or Rahu Mahadasha.
