The most auspicious time of the day, known as Abhijit Muhurat, is active from 11:59 AM to 12:54 PM. This is an excellent window for making important decisions or starting religious activities.

Since Saturday is ruled by Lord Shani, offering mustard oil, lighting a lamp under a Peepal tree, or helping the poor and needy are powerful remedies to remove obstacles and gain stability.

When a planet is "Vakri" or Retrograde, it appears to move backward in the sky. This is not a real backward movement but an optical illusion caused by the Earth moving faster than the outer planets. The entire day of January 23rd is auspicious as the Panchami Tithi prevails all day (starting 02:28 AM). However, the Abhijit Muhurat (12:11 PM - 12:54 PM) or the morning hours (Pratah Kala) are considered best for Puja.
