According to the legend, some hunters harassed sages in an ashram and were cursed to turn into stone. Their wives prayed to Lord Shiva for mercy. Lord Shiva revived them on the condition that they leave hunting and start doing peaceful business. Rescued by Lord Mahesh, they named their new community "Maheshwari."

Today (23 June), the Maheshwari Samaj is celebrating Mahesh Jayanti. Tomorrow (24 June) is highly auspicious as it marks Ganga Dussehra Vrat, Batuk Bhairav Jayanti, and the Setubandh Rameshwar Pratishtha Diwas. Huge Ganga Dussehra Melas will also be held in Haridwar and Banaras tomorrow.

Yes. According to astrology, if your 7th House Lord is strong and connected to benefic planets like Jupiter (Guru) or Venus (Shukra), marriage is certain, regardless of your age. The delay is merely a result of planetary timing, not a denial.

If Venus is connected to the 10th House (Career) or 11th House (Gains), the woman will achieve immense success in artistic fields, fashion, beauty, media, design, or luxury businesses. It provides her with financial autonomy and a high social status.
